Founded by Jacqueline Moore, M.Ed., CTVI, Teaching. Learning, Advocacy is built on a passion for educational excellence, equity, and advocacy for students with diverse learning needs.
With more than a decade of experience in education, Jacqueline has served as a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairments (TVI), Special Education Teacher, Student Support Coordinator, Instructional Coach, and Educational Consultant. Throughout her career, she has partnered with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized educational programs, improve instructional practices, and ensure students receive the services and support they need to thrive.
Jacqueline specializes in supporting students with visual impairments and other exceptional learning needs through comprehensive educational consulting, IEP development, teacher coaching, accessibility planning, and professional development. Her expertise includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, interpreting assessment data, developing educational programs, monitoring student progress, and ensuring compliance with state and federal special education requirements.
As a current Teacher Leadership Facilitator with Teach For America, Jacqueline has coached educators, led professional learning, analyzed student achievement data, and designed evidence-based instructional strategies that improve outcomes for all learners. She is committed to equipping schools with practical solutions that foster inclusive classrooms and sustainable student success.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Visual Impairments, a Master of Arts in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology. She is professionally licensed in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Maryland, Tennessee, and Illinois, reflecting her broad experience serving diverse educational communities.
We partner with schools, districts, educators, and families to create accessible learning environments where every student is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed. Through expert consultation, advocacy, professional development, and specialized services for students with disabilities—particularly those with visual impairments—we are committed to making a lasting impact on education, one student at a time.
